EQUIPMENT SALES - TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Pricing
Pricing is based on prices quoted at the time an order is placed and are subject to change without notice.

2. Payment Terms
Payment terms are 30 days from the end of the month in which the invoice was raised. Thomas Catering Equipment (TCE) reserves the right to impose a different payment schedule for project and large cost items. In the event of default by the buyer, all debt recovery costs, including legal costs on a solicitor/own client basis and disbursements, and any mercantile agent costs charged to TCE will be part of the indebtedness of the buyer to TCE. Without prejudice to any other remedy, TCE may charge the buyer interest on any overdue amounts at a rate of 2% per annum above our current overdraft rate calculated and compounded on a daily basis from the due date until the payment is made in full.

3. Warranty
Warranty for all goods supplied by TCE is based on the warranty provided by the original manufacturer/supplier of the goods to TCE. Authorisation for any action to be undertaken under warranty can only be supplied by the original manufacturer/supplier. Full replacement of an item under warranty or the refund of the purchase price under warranrty can only be authorised by the original manufacturer/supplier.  A request for full replacement or refund needs to be requested in writing to the manufacturer/supplier of the goods.
